Just wondering what you all use for anti-virus and other similar applications.

Sophos, frequent backups and common sense
If something looks suspicious, don't go near it... and if it does get you, just restore your old system.
Works a treat for me Sophos has an irritating habit of blocking unknown file types. Great if it's a virus - not so great if you're trying to transfer a .FM file.
