Graphics Feedback

As you may have noticed, some of the graphics on this forum have changed.

We would like to get your feedback on the design. Feel free to point out what you like, what you dont like, and where you think things could be improved.

The only problem with that is it is going to look very similar to Base. I want there to be some uniqueness on this forum

The tiled image in the background looks awful though.

Maybe have the darker grey background with a few iconic video game character renders blended in?

Hmm, The background isnt tiled for me? Could you screenshot it for me? Maybe there is a slight problem.

Ah I see what you mean. Im guessing that is because you have quite a large screen resolution then?

On my one you cant even see the bottom of it lol.

Do you like the design itself though? It can me made larger so it isnt tiled.

I do like the design (free forum standard though ).

Also, don't increase the size of the background image as it will just degrade from the image quality.

I do like the skin Though I think the buttons are too small and awkward to use. Sounds embarrassing but took me a minute to find the 'add post' button Anyway to change those?

To be honest, I would just make the background a solid colour as it will scale to all resolutions and will look more professional.

We can just add to it, rather than just stretching it, so It will still look good

Yeah we can change them. We will probably keep them how they look, just bigger. Hopefully I will get this done by Wednesday

Definitely looks better with the solid grey as the background.

Feels a bit bland to me tbh :/ I preferred the other one but up to you

Thats the only problem I feel. I will look at making some new backgrounds over the weekend and post them here to see what you guys think

Well the image that was used beforehand had absolutely nothing to do with the genre of the forum, I suppose a large image with a few gaming references could work.

Something like this? Only added one gaming image but I still feel it has made an improvement.

Blandness generally comes with this colour scheme though.

I do quite like that Nathan, what about a different game on the other side too? or is that too much?

btw is there a way to increase the number of posts per page or no?

I did add one on the other side, but it wasn't the same size so it looked strange.
