There isn't really one place that is cheapest, most sites have different prices on games and where one may be cheapest it may be most expensive for another.
I would check some price comparison websites first, for example:

Ebay sometimes has some good deals, although you have to be careful sometimes though and read the description carefully

its getting rarer to find bargains on ebay as people just seem to get into bidding wars so its good for seller not so much for buyers

I usually go to my local Cash Converters there is always really good deals there. Gamestation is awesome for deals online too but they are a UK company. Ebay has never been cheap for games tbh.

CEX online is a good place, you can also trade your games in online. I've never had a problem with them and the prices are perfect.
