Post Rank Titles & Reputation System

I have decided to add rank titles based on the amounts of post you have. Hopefully this will be a way of getting you all posting to try increase you post count and reach the higher levels.

I have also added a reputation system, which means other people will increase your reputation depending on how helpful you are etc. There are + and - buttons at the side of posts, click the + one to increase their rep.

I think this is a good idea but some members might only use it for their friends and this might cause arguments with other members.
