Battlefield Series Discussion

I'll start

I've only ever had one Battlefield game, and that was Battlefield: Bad Company 2, which I recently traded in at CEX. It was a great game and I think I completed around 45% of the campaign. But times come when you need to sell things to get other things such as Indie games and Arcade games.

Ive never played any of the battlefield games. Are they worth getting?

I've played since BFBC1, and I do tend to enjoy the games. BF3 is pretty spectacular - Frostbite is *the* best engine around IMO

Battlefield 3 is awesome. Bad Company 2 was good but I think it is no way near BF3. The stunning graphics and addictive multiplayer make you feel like that you are actually in war!

To be honest, in my opinion (high standards/pc elitist), BF3 isn't worth it on consoles; awful in comparison to the PC version.

BFBC2 is still the better game on consoles in my opinion, can actually see what is going on (not a blurry mess).
